2. 7-Day Refund Window
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions set out in this policy. This period begins at 00:00:00 on the day following your purchase and expires at 23:59:59 on the seventh day.
To qualify for a refund within this period, you must have completed less than 10% of the total course content at the time your refund request is processed.
3. Eligibility Criteria
A refund will only be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date
- You have completed less than 10% of the course modules at the time of the refund request
- The purchase was made directly through our platform
- No previous refund has been granted for the same course purchase
4. Course Completion Calculation
Course completion percentage is calculated based on the number of modules marked as complete in your account. A module is considered complete when you have viewed all content blocks within that module and passed any required quizzes. Partial completion of modules does not count towards the 10% threshold.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your registered email address
- The date of purchase
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional but appreciated)
We will review your request and verify your eligibility within 2-3 business days.
6. Refund Processing
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The refunded amount will be the full purchase price you paid, minus any transaction fees that cannot be recovered from our payment processor. Please note that depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
7. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date
- You have completed 10% or more of the course content
- You have accessed or downloaded course materials that are explicitly marked as non-refundable
- Your account has been suspended or terminated for breach of our terms of service
- You are requesting a refund for a second time for the same course
8. Consumer Rights (England and Wales)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers in England and Wales have certain rights when purchasing digital content. However, by accessing the course content, you expressly agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel under these Regulations once you have accessed more than 10% of the course content.
9. Course Access Post-Refund
Upon approval and processing of your refund, your access to the course will be immediately revoked. You will no longer be able to view course materials, access quizzes, or participate in any course-related activities. Any course progress or data associated with your account for that course will be retained for record-keeping purposes but will not be accessible to you.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied, you may escalate the matter by contacting our customer service team. We will review the decision and respond within 5 business days. If you remain dissatisfied with the outcome, you may seek resolution through alternative dispute resolution services or, where applicable, through the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. The policy applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time of your purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
